In the presence of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, Prof. Dr. Nadia Zakhary, former Minister of Scientific Research and Head of the National Committee for Women in Science at the Academy of Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Attia Al-Bayoumi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Mrs. Prof. Dr. Magda Nasr - Former Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and former member of the House of Representatives, Mrs. Dr. Nisreen Omar - Former Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and member of the House of Representatives, Messrs. Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater gave his sincere greetings and appreciation to the great Egyptian woman, the creator of the glory of the homeland and the solid foundation for its construction and renaissance, the source of hope in adversity and adversity.
Pointing out that in recent years women have obtained their full rights, and women have proven that they are capable of enduring hardships and achieving dreams and aspirations, and that the great Egyptian woman was and still is a support for her homeland and that the strength of the Egyptian woman is what made the glory of this country, as she is a symbol of giving, dedication and sacrifice devoid of any an interest,
He stressed that the Egyptian woman is called upon more than ever before to contribute, as we have always known, a serious and constructive contribution in our next stage in our new republic, which primarily aims to invest in people, and just as she had the largest national role in preserving the identity of the homeland and in the success of economic reform efforts, I rely on Her strength, awareness and wisdom greatly contributed to the success of the national project for the development of the Egyptian family, which aims to improve the quality of life of the citizen and society as a whole.
Prof. Dr. Nadia Zakhary reviewed the roles of the great Egyptian women, beginning with Queen Hatshepsut and Cleopatra, passing through Dr. Samira Moussa, Dr. Wajida Anwar, and other distinguished women, for their outstanding contributions in various fields. She also reviewed the Egyptian ranking in scientific research, with examples from my universities. Cairo and Mansoura, in addition to presenting various initiatives and proposals to solve the population problem.
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Attia Al-Bayoumi pointed out the importance of the role of university students in transferring the experiences gained from these distinguished seminars to their families, as they are messengers of change and influencers in their society. Organizing committees.
Prof. Dr. Nagwa Nawar considered today's symposium one of the most important cultural salon symposiums initiated by the university, which works to highlight its clear vision, which is consistent with the Egyptian state's strategy for institutional reform and governance by developing students' awareness and thinking and contributing to placing Egypt in the ranks of developed countries.
Dr. Dina Shoukry showed the various negative phenomena, such as the phenomenon of child marriage, summer and seasonal marriage, with a review of the various legal aspects, and the required societal roles to limit this phenomenon, according to the resulting societal consequences, psychological and health complications, violence and abuse, with the provision of indicative statistics. on it.
Prof. Dr. Heba Hagras reviewed the reasons and presented ideas for the problem of population growth while providing scientific solutions and the need to develop the community’s thinking as a whole about the seriousness of population increase, and the various burdens that entail on the educational and health system. She also called on Mansoura University to present an initiative to solve the problem in cooperation with various stakeholders and to submit a project The Egyptian Parliament.
