it is concerned with the following:

• Preparing programs that depend on student unions and societies, achieving coordination between them and monitoring their activities in light of rules and decisions regulating them.
• Preparing programs that ensure more cooperation between students and guidance to better fields.
• Emphasizing on establishing strong ties between students, teaching staff members, and officials.
• Achieving a proper environment for creating social activities.
• Implementing the programs approved by the management board of the club for the teaching staff members.
• Carrying out any other relevant task.
