Administration of Registration Affair
Administration of Registration is in charge of the following:
- Preparing registration-related forms to facilitate work and procedures.
- Preparing the information related to the registration system and working to develop it in line with rapid developments.
- Preparing the registration projects that need to be presented to the Council of Education and Students Affairs, and following up the procedures for publishing the decrees and suggestions issued with regard to registration.
- Registering examination data, processes and days of observations for faculty members and employees.
- Monitoring the registration of computer work and forms of paper grading incentives, taking into account the minimum and maximum limit of payment.
- Registering the students’ names and case files, and monitoring them throughout their undergraduate studies.
- Performing any other related tasks.
