it is concerned with the following:

• Preparing cultural programs, educating students, and introducing them to civilizations, principles, and values.
• Providing cultural guidance, raising students’ awareness, setting up intellectual meetings, and having books and cultural magazines on display.
• Preparing researches and essays , besides approving prizes that would promote for the development of cultural research in all different cultural fields.
• Carrying out any other relevant task.
