With all affection and appreciation, we are pleased to welcome you at Mansoura University's official website and online portals, giving you full access to the high achievements and accomplishments of our prestigious university for over fifty years, since 1970 up to this day. This takes place under the generous care and unlimited support of our wise leadership, based on the university's firm belief in the leading and pioneering role of the State's education and research institutions in contributing to the attainment of comprehensive national development.

Since the announcement of Egypt Vision 2030 by our wise political leadership, all Egyptian university have been destined to the historic digital transformation and evolvement, in order to keep up with this national movement of development in all fields; and to be at the forefront of organizations and institutions contributing to the fulfillment of this vision. That is to say, based on their firm belief in the significant implications of Egypt Vision 2030, especially with regard to shaping the future of this country, all Egyptian universities have been keen on mobilizing all of their scientific, research and service potentials, in order to maximize their investment capabilities and strategic presence on this new map for national transformation.

On this basis, taking into account the numerous recent aspects of development witnessed by all Egyptian universities in this prosperous era of remarkable transformation, it is inevitable for those universities to take initiative and redefine their identity in a way that shall be consistent with the new transformations of knowledge economy as well as the fourth industrial revolution. In other words, a modern identity shall be presented as an ideal model for higher education institutions in the twenty-first century; and that is through the establishment of a fully integrated and synergistic system for research, development, innovation and production; a system that shall present all Egyptian universities as a key partner in all national industries and service sectors, hence contributing to the promotion of domestic content, as well as meeting the needs of scientific research as required by the various industries.

In this sense, based on the fact of being a fully integrated scientific, research and services entity under the generous care and support of our wise government, Mansoura University prides itself on being full of specialized national cadres as well as modern potentials and capabilities. That is to say, Mansoura University has managed to adopt the new approach of Comprehensive Strategic Planning, based on these new plans for digital transformation; and that is in order to contribute significantly to the fulfillment of Egypt Vision 2030 by creating a sustainable system for research, development, assessment and production. In this way, Mansoura University shall excel in all fields at the national, regional and international levels through a number of quantum leaps in the fields of education, scientific research and community partnership. In addition, the university shall be capable of charting its future path in light of a new developmental identity that aims at contributing to the fulfillment of environmental sustainability through the following major nine fields: water, agriculture, environment, technology, health, transportation, management and manufacturing; and that is alongside the other streams of excellence that shall serve and provide in light of the university's research, educational and social responsibility.

In this context, Mansoura University has managed to attain several accomplishments and achievements in all fields, thanks to Allah, as well as the unremitting efforts of all staff members and personnel; hence, the university has managed to win several medals and awards of excellence. That is to say, Mansoura University has won the First Place for government institutions distinguished in providing e-services. In addition, in 2021, among all Egyptian universities and government authorities (including 71 official websites), Mansoura University has won the First Place for government institutions distinguished in providing electronic and smart services (category of institutions with interactive websites).

Furthermore, five (5) faculties at Mansoura University have won advanced places within the first ten places out of (480) faculties from all Egyptian universities; namely, the faculties of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering and Dentistry. In addition, both the Urology and Nephrology Center at Mansoura University and the University Center for Career Development at the Faculty of Commerce have won advanced places within the best ten centers out of (110) centers at all Egyptian universities.

Moreover, in light of the university's interest in providing high quality education programs that shall meet the modern needs of labor markets, as well as the needs of all individuals of society, through the fulfillment of the required qualitative advantages at both the scientific and professional levels, Mansoura University has managed to introduce and activate new quality programs at the beginning of this new academic year, in addition to those programs that are already in place.

On the other hand, Mansoura University has also paid much attention to foreign students from all over the world, especially from our sister Arab countries. That is to say, all foreign students have been provided with exceptional dormitories, including the accommodation and food facilities. In addition, a club has been established for foreign students, including all available events and activities. Hence, all foreign students have had full access to the required care as well as the various student activities, based on the university's firm belief that those students shall later act as the best ambassadors for Egypt abroad.

In this regard, it has always been a top priority for the Student & Education Affairs Sector at Mansoura University to provide all students with all possible means of necessary care and support, as well as providing all medical services for all students for free without any charges. That is to say, the General Department for Medical Affairs is keen to duly fulfill their duties and assignments (24) hours a day; and that is through the different clinics of the Students Hospital, the specialized medical centers, the dentistry clinics, as well as the outpatient clinics. In addition, our young staff of physicians in the different specialties, as well as our nursing and assisting staff, are always keen on giving their best efforts at all times. Hence, all required and necessary procedures are completed swiftly with regard to surgical operations, medicines prescription, medical examinations, as well as overcoming any other obstacles that might face our students.

Moreover, all other means of necessary care are fully provided for our students, including the payment of academic tuitions as well as accommodation fees for underprivileged students at our university dormitories; in addition to the purchase of prosthetic devices for students with special needs.
